Prior to launching a search process we thoroughly discuss our clients’ specific recruitment needs including the business environmental factors and the ideal candidate profile. Each search project is unique in its strategy and approach to the talent market. We strive to develop a hands-on partnership with our clients during a search process to provide honest advice on what it takes to attract the best candidate fit.

Our search assignment is based on our clients’ vision and corporate values. We review factors such as corporate culture, corporate governance, leadership style, transparency, retention strategy, career development plan, training diversity, annual revenue. For the individual position, we review the compensation budget for the role including benefits as well as expectations for the new hire. These important items validate the same level and range candidates based on differences in fit between the individual personalities, professional values, aspirations and expectations, and those of the hiring organization.
Prior to a search launch, we talk to different company representatives involved in recruitment decision-making process (shareholders, board members, top management, hiring direct manager, and others) to understand different points of view on what makes the ideal candidate for them. We recommend strategies to overcome barriers to success.
We present the best potential candidates interested in the opportunity, and conduct additional formal reference checks, once our client makes a candidate selection. We advise and assist in negotiations of compensation terms and benefits. Our search process consists of several stages:

ASSESMENT & SHORTLIST
Telephone interviews – Face-to-face interviews (if applicable) – Evaluation – Progress update – Presentation of a shortlist of candidates – Informal references

Client interviews – Finalist interview/s – Preparation and negotiation of a job offer – Formal reference check – Pre-start consultancy support to assure a smooth induction – Follow-up within a probationary period
