I met Ilham last December in Kiev during his search for a General Manager for a pharmaceutical plant in Uman, Ukraine. It was a great pleasure to know him. He is not only a professional head-hunter but also a pleasant person to talk to with various interests in art, literature, travelling. Frankly, I enjoyed being head-hunted by him. I was very surprised to see an Azerbaijani head-hunter conducting a search in Ukraine for a European company. More surprisingly, he had good knowledge of the Ukrainian market of pharmaceutical production industry. I know that the employer tried to fill the position for many months, therefore the search was not easy at all. He was persistent in his search, and as I know he got to me through the fourth level of sourcing. Ilham was correct, accurate and attentive both to the interests of a client and mine, as a candidate. He was open, honest and diplomatic with all issues. He is a skilled and patient negotiator as managed to find good compromise between employer and employee. I am thankful to him for all support, patience, professionalism and advice he had. Today more than a half year later I keep enjoying my work and am glad to make my contribution to the success of my company in these challenging environment and times.
