He prepared a shortlist of candidates representing high professional level and what is worth to mention most of them were fitting to our needs. Even if they still had the satisfying jobs he managed to convince them to come for interviews. He has the bright spectrum of contacts in the different fields of business in Azerbaijan from his earlier career as well as work at the leading headhunting company there. The next successful project and one of the most challenging indeed was the recruitment of the Head of our office in Turkmenistan. As the access to the country was limited most of the job was done remotely, however, for the interviews with the finalists Ilham flew to Ashkhabad. As well in this case the project was successful. Both candidates are successfully working in our organization till today after more than 10 years. I can recommend Ilham to organizations with critical recruitment needs thanks to his high professionalism, market knowledge, extensive network in many fields, and attitude.
